Instituting the Lord's Supper: Remember Me

In our ongoing journey through 1 Corinthians, Paul turns our focus to the sacred practice of the Lord’s Supper in 1 Corinthians 11:23-34. Addressing severe social divisions and selfish motives that degraded the communion table in ancient Corinth, Paul reminds believers of the night Jesus was betrayed and the solemn covenant established through His body and blood. This passage serves as a urgent call for believers to examine their own hearts, discern the Lord’s body (the church) rightly, and honor one another so that the table reflects true unity rather than judgment.
