Many professed Christians are going back into the world – even if they remain in the church pew – but God wants His power to penetrate into the most hardened recesses of your heart to be convicted in Christ.
The apostle Paul said that man is “justified by faith apart from works of the law” while James said that man is “justified by works and not by faith alone”. So, how do we make sense of this oxymoron?
Man – as the Bible reveals – does not have a choice as to when he is born or when he dies (yes, even death). That’s because our Sovereign God wants us to see that one’s physical birth and death are but shadows of true (spiritual) life and death. It is this life and death that He wants us to choose by faith in Christ.

How do you even begin to explain something that has no beginning? How do you tell someone what is “eternal life”? Jesus does and your response has eternal consequences!
Whether we lack integrity or are well-intentioned Christians, we fail to always keep our promises. Not so with God! And because He is faithful we can rest assured that our Savior, Jesus Christ will come back and bring us into eternal salvation… because God promised!
