Activities & Work Of Angels
A.
Angels played a role in the revelation of God’s will (Matthew
1:20-21; 2:13-19; Acts 7:51-53; Hebrews 2:2; Daniel 8:19; 9:21-23;
10:10-20; Acts 5:19-20; 10:1-8; Hebrews 1:1-2, Jude 3).
B.
Angels bound Satan (Revelation
20:1-3; 9:1-11; Luke 10:17-20; 8:27-31; Ephesians 2:1-3; 6:11;
4:17-19; Romans 1:24a, 26a, 28a; Revelation 20:7-10).
C.
Angels play a role in prayer (Daniel
9:20-23; Acts 10:1-6; Revelation 8:3-5, cf. 6:9-11).
D.
Angels will accompany Christ at His return (Matthew
13:36-43; 16:27; 25:31-32).
E.
Angels protect those who trust in God (Psalm
