A common discussion (and often debated matter) is “grace vs. works.”
For some it is one or the other. Is that what the Bible reveals?

Every person’s life is chronicled with events that highlight their lives. What many do not realize is that every life is part of God’s history, which reveals His desire for all to be saved. Genesis 50:19-20

In “pointing to Jesus” the Old Testament is full of shadows and figures. One of them is the Nazarite vow which reveals the true and total commitment to God. Sounds like the life of a faithful Christian!

Does the New Testament reveal a law(s) constituting what “modestly dressed” looks like or is the standard the hidden person of the heart?

• Wednesday, 7PM - The Spread of Christianity (Acts 14:21-23).

It is easy to say every soul is extremely important, but how important souls are to you depends on what think of and how you relate to that soul.

There are aspects of baptism that some Christians still need to learn AFTER they have been baptized so that God is fully glorified.

Inherent within commands and statements is context, which we employ through logical and sometimes necessary inferences. We illustrate and confirm God’s truths via examples. Even still, it’s not always easy.

Hermeneutics, most simply is the ability to translate (from one language to another), interpret or explain. We’ll walk through history in a general application of hermeneutics as a springboard into next week as we look more specifically at a method of hermeneutics to establish and practice “Bible authority”.

Without the spirit of forgiveness we cannot imitate our Savior who forgave us of our sins, nor can we be in His eternal presence.
